She is survived by: her daughter Karen Leffingwell (David) of Martinsburg, WV; her siblings, Ricky Tapp, Helen Jones and Annie Tapp; her grandchildren, Jennifer Tate and Ron Haley, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Mara Tate and Zae Tate.
