It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack Allen (Martinsburg, West Virginia), who passed away on May 21, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Ezekiel and Adda Pearl Robey Allen; and his siblings, Paul Allen, Helen Ripple, Vivian Stec, Louise Leishear and Jacqueline James.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee Allen (Jones); and his children, Jack C. Allen, Jr. of Boyce, VA and Deborah A. Corbin (Max) of Martinsburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Interment will be private in Pleasant View Memory Gardens. Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
