He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cole and Helen Starliper Cole; his wife Patsy Jean Cole; and his sons, Jack Douglas Cole, Jr. and David Dwayne Cole.
He is survived by: his children, Brian Cole and Kim Nails (Kenny Nails); his grandchildren, Danielle Miller (Terry), Charlie Siford II (Stephanie), Shawnte Boksuntiea-Miller (Ryan), Cody Nails, Shawna Cole and Trenton Cole; and his sister Jackie Pittsnogle. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
