He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman A. Silver and Carrie Shriver Silver of Georgia; and his siblings, Paul W. Silver, Gary F. Silver, Lillian DeHaven and Iva Lea Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Renee Elliott Silver; his children, Lemuell Silver, Doug Silver, Lucas Silver, Kathy Saul, Pamela Dawn Silver Fuss, Tami Silver Medler and Alison Silver; and his siblings, Norman Silver, Jr., Max Silver, Madeline McKee, Patricia Burkhart, Bernice Dunham, Thelma Louise Laing, Virginia Butts and Hilda Joyce Snyder. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
