She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Butler Smallwood and Dorothy Mae Whitacre Smallwood; her husband David Tabler, Sr.; and her siblings, Grover "Pete" Smallwood, Harold "Sonny" Smallwood, Hilda Catlett, David Smallwood and Helen Mae Smallwood.
She is survived by: her children, David Jr. (Robin), Gail Carter (Billy), Ellie Weakley (Jerry) and Scottie Sr. (Kimberlee); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Weakley, Amanda Weakley, Jared Shackelford, Katelynn Stuckey (Jeremy) and Scottie Tabler, Jr.; her great grandchild Elijah Hott; her siblings, Jerry Smallwood (Dianna), Larry Smallwood (Barbara) and Martha "Susie" Smallwood; her sister-in-law Bonnie Smallwood; and her pets, Smalls, Skeeter, Charlee, Perry and Maverick. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
