Jay Carl Mickley Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 6, 2025, at the age of 58, Jay Carl Mickley of Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Jay may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his mother Constance Mickley Poe. He is survived by: his wife Leah Nicholls Mickley; his children, Gabrielle Crowe (Ron) of Mt. Savage, MD and Conner Mickley (Ashland) of Rochester, NY; and his siblings, Gwayla Nelson Chase of Pomfret, MD and Thomas Mickley of Gerrardstown, WV.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
