She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Bell; her husband David Alfred Cox; her son James Robert Cox; her stepson David Allen Cox; and her siblings, Larry Bell, Charles "Eddie" Bell, Carolyn Myers, Frankie Myers, Anna Bell and Suzanne Burke.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff (Ginny Anderson) and Jennifer Ramirez of Martinsburg; her stepdaughter Stephanie Taylor of Arkansas; and her siblings, Richy Bell, Donald "Bert" Bell (Gerri), Michelle Keefer (Robert), Suzette Bell and Beverly Stevenson. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
