He is survived by: his significant other Dena Bender; his daughters, Natalie Flanagan (Maestrey) and Nicole Hawse; his granddaughter Adeline; his stepdaughter Heather Moore; his siblings, Joyce Simpson, Jimmy and Steve Cross; and his family, Tina, Timmy Smith, Joe and Dr. Kaluri.
