He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lemuel Dugan and Catherine Elizabeth Snyder Dugan; his wife Sherry Jane Rinaldi Dugan; his son Joseph "Jay" N. Dugan, Jr.; and his sister Patrycia Wolfe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Elayne Wilfong (Rick), Kristina Dugan and Donna West (Todd); his grandchildren, Jacobi Wilfong (Bri), McKenna Wilfong and Luke West; his siblings, Daniel Dugan (Mary), Charles Dugan (Ruby), Dale Dugan (Helen) and Barbara Armbrester; his daughter Juliann Harrison Davis; his friend Phyllis Wolford (L. J. Markley); and his nephew Dale Dugan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
