With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joy Lee Moss of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Ranson, West Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Theodore Weller and Annie Louise Good Weller; her former husband Clayton Earl Moss; her children, Lucy Louise Hardy, Paul Ellsworth Hardy and Robert Lee Hardy; her grandchildren, Tommy Hardy and Paula Waldron; and her siblings, Marshall "Bucky" Weller, Lilly M. Coleman, Donna Watson and Nancy Watson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Joanna Tarmon of Martinsburg, WV and Betty Jane Conner (Jonathan Ricker) of Inwood, WV; and her siblings, Brenda Weller, Larry, Robert, Wayne, Raymond, Donald and Harry Weller. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
