She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leake and Lena F. Leake; her siblings, William, Kenneth, Robert, Billy Dortch Leake, Mary Carson and Jane Mercer; and her parents-in-law, Dorothy Bayer and C. Calvin Bayer.

She is survived by: her husband Doug; her children, Donna Stickley and Dougie of Martinsburg; her grandson Blayne Spies (Brenda); her sister Kathleen Lill of Silver Springs, MD.; her niece Kaye Boyd of Charles Town; and her great-niece Brooke Kelican (Chris) of Ranson, WV.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Panhandle at 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
