He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Edward Motta and Monique Eve Madero; his girlfriend Samantha Rae; his daughter Octavia; his sisters, Anastashia Madero and Destany Motta; his nephew Sebastian; and his grandmothers, Lucy, Evelyn and Sylvia. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
