She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Cline Sr. and Dorothy Hardy; her husband William E. Shutts; her daughter Brenda Reedy; and her sisters, Betty Oden and Rachael Hutson.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Wilhide of Martinsburg and Robert L. Webb Jr. (Nancy) of Martinsburg; her grandchildren, DeWayne Ainsworth (Shameka), Robert Webb III, Angela Webb, Kelsi Webb, Hannah Reedy and Carly Reedy; and her siblings, Shelva Norman (Jim) and Melvin Cline Jr.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
