He is survived by: his wife Pam Smith (Pammy); his son Bryan; his grandchildren, Jolie and Ryder; his siblings, Steve Smith, Chris and Kim; his nieces, Jessica and Casey; his parents-in-law, Tex and Vickie Mullins; his siblings-in-law, Veda Ray, David Mullins and Lewis Shirley; and his great-nephew Jayden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
