He is survived by: his wife Caroline Lucinda Harsh (Hoover); his children, Wendy Lee Martz (Rick) of Martinsburg, WV and Jeffrey Lee Harsh (Susie) of Waynesboro, PA; his siblings, Pearl A. Hubble of Hagerstown, MD, Mary Rose Webb of Williamsport, MD, Nelson A. Harsh of Williamsport, MD and David J. Harsh of Williamsport, MD; and his grandchildren, Samantha L. Verdi (Anthony), Hailey N. Martz and Jared L. Harsh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
