He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodrow Gray and Betty Jean Gray (Kisner); and his grandparents, Frank Kisner, Winona Kisner (Whittington), Lawrence Oliver Gray and Anna May Gray (Hill).
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Milburn Gray; his sons, Wendell Dillow and Bradley Dillow (December); his grandchildren, Keegan, Gavin, Blairlyn, Adilene and Wendell Dillow; his mother-in-law Betty Ann Nicolson; his siblings, Dr. Patricia Tetu (Robert) of Arkansas, Vanessa Kozman, Charles Steven Gray (Marlene) and Dr. Michael L. Kisner (Debra); and his close friend Marty. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
