It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Laverne Joseph of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on May 31, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John W. Banks Sr.; her husband Anthony Joseph, Sr.; her daughter Roma Bland; and her siblings, Darryl Banks, Wayne Banks and Sharon Quevedo.
She is survived by: her son Anthony Joseph, Jr.; her grandchildren, Aaliyah Joseph and Dylan Gregory; her great grandchild Lavella Joseph; and her siblings, William Banks, John Banks, Sr., Christopher Banks, Michael Banks, Karen Banks and Deanna Banks.
