Melinda Ray Plummer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Ray Plummer of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Welsh Jr. and Shirley Putman Welsh; and her brother Robert Edward Welsh. She is survived by: her husband Damon; and her sisters, Reginia May Yowell and Brenda Kay Baker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Grace Reformed United Church of Christ to help with much needed renovations at 421 Kearneysville Pike, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
