He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Wilson Smallwood; his children, Brenda Gochenour (Pete), Rhonda Banks (Kenneth), Sherry Whitacre (Jim), Annette Hough (Mike) and Randy Smallwood (Christal); his grandchildren, Lori Gochenour, Chad Gochenour, Sarah Banks Langford, Christopher Banks, Nick Tabb, Meredith Tabb Denton, Mckenna Hough, Alexis Smallwood Paxson and Madison Smallwood; and his great grandchildren, Grace Gochenour, Reagan Gochenour, Grant Langford, Haven Langford, Isla Denton, Beckett Denton, Alexander Tabb, Asher Tabb and Corinne Paxson.
