He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rogers and Wanda Albright; his stepfather Herbert Stokes; his sister Vickie Rogers; and his brother-in-law Jay Gall.

He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Smith (Evan) and Justin Rogers (Christy); his granddaughters, Delaney Smith, Sage Smith and Skylar Rogers; and his siblings, Clarence Rogers (Carolyn), Robert Rogers (Debbie), David Stokes (Jenny), Jeff Stokes (Amber) and Kim Gall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Morgan County Saddle Club 378 Highland Ridge Rd, Berkeley Springs, WV 25411.
