He is survived by: his wife Karen Maxwell Johnson; his sons, Kurt Johnson (Barbara) and Mike Johnson; his grandchildren, Tyler, Danielle, Matthew and Wesley; his great grandchildren, Daniel and Azura; and his brother Alan Johnson (Francine). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
