It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randy Sine of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 3, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Lee Sine and Texie Turner of Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Grace Lucas Sine.
