He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, April Chilcott and Robert Richards Sr. of Capon Bridge, WV; his siblings, Tonya Alonsagay and Arlie Richards of Roanoke, VA; his significant other Samantha Fletcher; and his daughter Bella. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins and friends.
