It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Ann Brown of Martinsburg, West Virginia, born in Moatsville, West Virginia, who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her son George William Brown, IV (Patricia) of Waterford; her grandchildren, Christian Brown (Desserie) of Martinsburg, WV and Amaya Brown of Waterford; her great grandchild Matthew Bleu Brown; and her siblings, Mary Miner of West Virginia and David Funk of North Carolina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
