She is survived by: her husband Jesse James Howard, Jr.; her children, Jesse James Howard, III and Patricia Rose Howard (Jackie Lane Epperson, Jr.); and her siblings, Douglas Robert Kaline, George Sherwood Kaline, Jr., Susan Pauline Ray, Kathy Lynn Tharle, Elaine Amelia Mitchell, Alisa Helen Sherman and Angela May Kinstler. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
