Sarah Kershner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Kershner of Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Weaver and Margaret Weaver; her husband C. John Kershner; Melvin Weaver, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Terry Keefer of Martinsburg, WV, Lisa McCanless (Troy) of Las Vegas, NV and Michelle Kershner of Martinsburg, WV; her siblings, Sherlyn Saunders of Martinsburg, WV, Darla Shingler of Hagerstown, MD, Saul Weaver of Maugansville, MD and Steve Weaver of Greencastle, PA.; her aunt Katherine; and her friend Martha Yost. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
