She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gillinger and Helen Johnson Gillinger; her brothers, Bernard, Billy Boy and Melvin Gillinger; and also Olbert W. Orr, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Steven W. Orr, Sr. (Frances); her stepchildren, Dennis, Kathy Shell of Winchester, David Shell and Donna Watson Rodregues of Manassas; her grandchildren, Steven, Thomas, Anthony Orr, Brian Shell, Mark, Renee Clowser, Ronnie Orr and Cindy; her nieces, Kay Skelly (Joe) and Taffy Severs; her sisters, Louise "Anna" Pickering of Martinsburg and Annabella Beatty of Houston, TX; and her close friend Gale McKee of Arlington, VA.. She is also survived by great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (327 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
