It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Stephens (Martinsburg, West Virginia), born in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, who passed away on April 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper William and Hazel Robbecke; and her husband Gene E. Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Susan Beebe (Tom) of Harpers Ferry, Mike of Ashland, OR and Scott (Karla) of DeSoto, KS. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
