She is survived by: her father Corbin Jack; her siblings, William Jack and Shirley Thurman; her stepdaughter Heidi Donahue (Kelly); her children, Jessica Anderson (Geoff), Sarah Boetcher (Jordan), Rebekah Kozak (Thomas) and Raymond Varner (Sarah); and her grandchildren, Nicholas, Michael, Declan, Evelyn, George, Annabelle, Zoey and Hezekiah.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westview Baptist Church (301 South Louisiana Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25401).
