He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Mulledy and Christine Powell Mulledy; and his sister Connie J. McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Robin Marie Grubb Mulledy; his daughters, T. Dawn Seeders (Shane) and Tera L. Mulledy; his grandchildren, Gage and Delaney Seeders; and his siblings, R. Lynn Mulledy (Diane), Cindy L. Mulledy and Beth Edwards (Henry).
