He is survived by: his daughters, Hannah Mullins, McKenzie Mullins and Haley Mullins; his siblings, LaVeda Ray (Vaughn Corbin), Pamela McCauley-Smith (Kenneth Smith), David Mullins (Susan) and Lewis Shirley; and his parents, Tex Mullins Sr. and Victoria Mullins-Shirley. He is also survived by two uncles and five aunts.
