He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus E Benner and Patricia A Thompson Benner. He is survived by: his wife Amy Bohrer Benner; his sisters, Brenda Kaye Benner Rush (Jerry) of Fallston, MD and Linda Benner of Martinsburg, WV; and his siblings' children, Brittany Rush Grazia (Eric), Callie Riggs and Justin Rush. He is also survived by two great-nieces, aunts, uncle, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greensburg Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 2203 Greensburg Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25404 or the charity of your choice.
