He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Carper and Sigernia L. Carper (Chaffman); and his sister Alice M. Hofeld (Carper). He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Carper; his children, Jonathan R. Carper and Ashley N. (Larry Schuyler); and his sisters, Sigernia L Carper (Cookie), Susan E. (Randy Bradley) and Debby Mizzles.
