He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Ellis and Margaret Frances Ambrose Taylor; and his wife Betty Lee Taylor. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy L. Miller (Scott) of Virginia Beach, VA; his granddaughters, Catherine S. Stern (David) of Atlanta, GA, Cristin L. McAllister (Levi) of Vienna, VA and Elisabeth M. Goodson (Neil) of Knoxville, TN; and his great grandchildren, William, Lillie, Ella, Aidan, Amelia, Caroline, Taylor and Nora.
