He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lynch and Helen O'Dell Lynch; his son Jackie James "Jay" Lynch, Jr.; his brothers, Cecil Ray Lynch, Ricky Dewayne Lynch and Danny Lynch; and his brother-in-law James Paul Hamrick.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lynch; his children, Joseph Mark Lynch (Melissa) and Traci Bias (Perry); his siblings, Dana Lynch (Charlotte), Frank Lynch (Frances) and Ruth Ann Hamrick; his sister-in-law Nancy Lynch; and his grandchildren, Ashley Friday (Andrew), Breanna Johnson (Clayton), Jessia Lynch, Chloe Lynch, Emma Lynch and Lucas Bias. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dodd & Reed Funeral Home (155 Mc Graw Ave, Webster Springs, WV 26288). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
