He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas Kearns and Anna Edra Kearns (Robie); and his sister Reba Haga. He is survived by: his sons, John Thomas Kearns III (Lisa) of Gallipolis, OH and Scott Edward Kearns of Mason, WV; and his grandchildren, Jessica Kearns, Cassandra Walker (Andre) and Derek Hogan (Lara). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Clifton Methodist Church to further their ministry.
