He was predeceased by: his father Jackie Lee Chapman; and his grandparents, Clarence, Louise Chapman, Olin and Freda Wolf.
He is survived by: his mother Jane Chapman (Wolf) of West Columbia; his children, Joshua Chapman (Jacklyn) of Letart, Molly Carmichael of The Plains, OH and Kayla Reeves of Mason; his sister Lori Kearns (Greg) of West Columbia; and his close friends, Justin Gleason, Sandra Hoffman and Atishia Reitmire. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one nephew.
