He was predeceased by: his brother Nicholas "Nicky" Lopez; his grandparents, Thomas Lefevers, Jr., Patricia "Patty" Lefevers, Hipilito and Monica Lopez; and his uncle Thomas Lefevers III.
He is survived by: his parents, Pedro Lopez and Carrie Jo Lopez (Lefevers) of Masontown, WV.; his brother Pedro Lopez; his stepgrandmother Sherrie Lefevers; his aunt Cathy Stimmell (Dennis Sr.); and his uncle Timothy Lefevers (Cindy). He is also survived by cousins, other family members, and friends.
