He is survived by: his wife Deborah Ann Millican (Molisee); his daughters, Tammy Wilson (Ronnie) of Kentucky and Candy Millican of Masontown; his grandchildren, Kate, Devin, Dusty, Keegan and Kylan; his great grandchild Isaiah; and his siblings, James Millican (Helena), John Millican and Jane Kamradt (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
