He is survived by: his wife Margie Cale (Shaffer); his sons, Chris Cale (Tabetha) and Jeremy Cale (Morgan Kisner); his grandchildren, Mandra Trickett (Chad DeWitt), Colby Cale, Braylon Cale and Dustin Metz; his great grandchildren, Aubree Davis and Rian Metz; his brothers, Larry Cale (Pam), Mike Cale (Sherry) and Terry Cale (Diane); and his caregivers, Morgan, Jeremy, Mandra and Stonerise.
