He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Helmick (Johnson); his children, Jennifer Johnson of Cleveland, OH, Belinda Greathouse (Skip) of Masontown and Brian Helmick of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Olivia, Alizabeth, Caitlin, Audrie, Nick, Sierra, Vanessa, Damien and Brayden; his great grandchildren, Amerey, Zyla, Liam, Hazel and Aleena; and his siblings, Heather Helmick-Sines, Tonya Helmick, Jeff Helmick and Greg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Field Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
