With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Lydia Main of Masontown, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Lydia left this world on January 9, 2026 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi DeBoni and Marcellina Vanin DeBoni; her husband Wayne L. Main; her daughters, Shawnea Lane Main Powroznik and Machell Ann Brooks; and her brother Luigi DeBoni.

She is survived by: her daughter Waynette Main Price of Vienna, WV; her grandchildren, Chad Powroznik, Richard Powroznik, Ann Marie Powroznik, Ashley Powroznik, Jason Buttrey (Karla), Kayla Nelson (Matthew), Travis Buttrey and Whitney Brook-Hagedorn (Justin); her great grandchildren, Makayla Bell, Connar Bell, Lane Powroznik, Daxton Powroznik, Madilyn Buttrey, Olivia Buttrey, Eli Nelson, Caroline Nelson, Jackson Fulton, Reese Buttrey, Braden Brooks-Hagedorn and Brody Brooks-Hagedorn; and her sister Tecla DeBoni. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Field Funeral Home (10537 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Masontown, WV 26542). A prayer was held on Tuesday, January 13th 2026 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Zita Catholic Church (33 Maple St, Bruceton Mills, WV 26542). A burial was held on Wednesday, January 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Masontown Cemetery Veterans Memorial.
