He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean McMillion Shifflett; his daughter Monica Ann Shifflett; and his sisters, Mary Ann Shifflett Taylor, Carroll Gene Shifflett and Sandra Kay Shifflett. He is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in-laws, and several nieces and nephews.
