She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Buddy" May and Virginia May (Neil); and her brother Roger D. Blankenship. She is survived by: her husband Robert Thomas; her children, Crystal Wolford and Jonathan Prater (Ashley); her stepchildren, Adrian Green (Derek), Myra Dotson and Robert Darrell Thomas (Penny Layne); her grandchildren, Ryan, Raelyn Prater, Jaylee and Jaydon Wolford; her stepgrandchildren, Isabelle, Jacob Dawson, Lillianna, Shawn Green, Matthew and Heidi Thomas; her grandchildren, Brandon Johnson and Lyla Dotson; and her siblings, James May (Cheryl), Norma Ogle, Cindy Lucas (Andy) and Cassie Blankenship. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A prayer was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
