He is survived by : his wife Eunice Pearl McEvoy of Rochester, NY.; his son Edward J. Webster of Mathias, WV; his grandson Tyler Dove of Timberville, VA; his daughter Lisa Gordon (Bruce) of Cedar Park, TX; his grandson Robert John Gordon of Cedar Park, TX; his great grandchildren, Adison Gordon and Brodie Gordon; his granddaughter Alyssa Rapps (Tyler) of Liberty Hill, TX; his great grandchildren, Declynn Rapps and Hayden Rapps; and his siblings, Owen Webster (Jack) of College Grove, TN, Bessie See of Winchester, VA, Sue Armstrong of Pleasureville, KY and Janet Earman of Inwood, WV.
