She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Grogan and Julia Grogan of Matoaka, WV.; her husband Thomas Lester; the father of her children Delbert Elliott; and her siblings, Dennis Grogan, Samuel Grogan, Betty Sheets, Leona Thompson and Viola Pennington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Lowe (Tom) of Sanford, NC and Wanda Woolsey of Sanford, NC; her grandsons, Travis Lowe of Broadway, NC and Tommy Lowe (Wendy) of Broadway, NC; and her siblings, Paul Grogan and Lula Mae Sanders of Lashmeet. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home (1612 Honaker Ave, Princeton, WV 24740). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
