She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion George and Ava George; her husband Richard Thompson; her children, Christopher Thompson, Tony Thompson and Tammy Norris; and her siblings, Doris Martinez, Larry George, Doyle George and Kenneth George.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Thompson, Jr. (Vanessa) of Princeton and Sandra Bailey (Rodney) of Matoaka; and her brothers, Marion George, Raymond George and Franklin George. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Robert Bailey Family Cemetery (488 Tawny Rd, Matoaka, WV 24736).
