She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Baisden and Gertrude Thornhill Baisden; her husband Clifford Clinton Ellis; and her sons, David and Benjamin.
She is survived by: her children, Brett Ellis (Brittany) of Bluefield, Robert Ellis of Rock and Angela Smith of Princeton, WV; and her sister Juanita Baisden. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
