He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold M. McGregor, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth McGregor (Richardson); his brothers, Marvin McGregor and Robert McGregor (Brenda); his brother-in-law Robert Lyons; and his pets, Sadie, Magie May, Simba and Sheena.

He is survived by : his wife Caroline J. McGregor (Dunn); his children, Joy McGregor (Bill Miller), Kathy Beeman (Rick), Mary Perry (Jeff Moody), Mike McGregor (Anita) and Bill McGregor (Tracy); his grandchildren, Rickey, Dana Beeman, Mandy, Eric Abe, Kari, Eric Schramm, Danielle, Daniel Garlitz, Zoe, Bradly Welch, Raymond Perry, Michael McGregor, Victoria Gordon, Kayla and Dakota Green; his stepgrandchildren, Justin, Bobby and Courtney Sarver; his siblings, Bill McGregor (Irene) and Mary Catherine Lyon; and his siblings-in-law, Kathaleen McGregor, George Dunn, David Dunn and Milard Dunn. He is also survived by twenty five great-grandchildren.
