With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Henry Cook of Maysville, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Though Henry has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. "Buzz" Cook and Hanna Marie Cook (Duckworth); and his siblings, Charles "Buck" Cook, Roscoe Cook, Jasper Cook and Mary Catherine "Sis" Cook.
He is survived by: his sons, Henry L. Cook, Jr. (Jessica) of Keyser, Charles T., Samuel Ray Cook (Amber) of Maysville and Kenny Day of Parsons, WV. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
